  3. Confirm the Order
    Collect the sizes and quantities required by your team. The minimum order is 5 pieces for upper garments and 5 pieces for lower garments. Provide logos in vector format. For any clarification, contact the company or our local agent and send the order and logos to the agent.
  4. Approval of the Graphic Proof
    You will receive a graphic proof based on the specifications provided. Subsequent modifications do not involve a full redesign and are limited to 3 free revisions. From the fourth modification onward, an additional cost will apply. Approval of the proof is required in writing. Any delays in approval may affect delivery times.
  5. Delivery Times 
    After confirming the order, we will communicate the expected shipping date. Standard delivery times are 4–5 working weeks, but may vary depending on production load. The calculation of weeks starts from the submission of the order, deposit, and graphic specifications.
