TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Conditions of Sale define the terms of sale between Veloplus and its Customers.
SECTOR OF APPLICATION
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products starting from the registration of the order.
The fact that the customer validates the following “General Conditions of Sale” automatically entails the acknowledgment and acceptance of the same.
The prices indicated on the website www.veloplus.it are expressed in euros and include VAT and any shipping costs that are charged to the customer.
This page contains a description of how our shipments are managed and processed, delivery methods, times and costs.
FITTING OF THE GOODS
Veloplus produces technically different sportswear with different wearability.
The different fitting is indicated by different sizes on the website www.veloplus.it under “HOW TO MEASURE SIZES”.
The fact that the customer validates the “General Conditions of Sale” automatically entails the acknowledgment and acceptance of the point “SIZE CHART” and therefore implies that the packaged sizes cannot be contested.
Each purchase from Veloplus is subject to the conditions indicated in the D.L. 15/01/92 n.50 and subsequent amendments.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The unsatisfied customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 22/05/99 n.185) by sending within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt of the product a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, containing:
– the manifestation of the will to make use of this right
– the indication of the product
– the order number and data relating to your bank account (bank, reference agency, c.c. number) at the address: Veloplus – Via Lecco, 19 / M1 – 23896 Bevera di Sirtori (LC).
The communication can also be disclosed by fax, as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours. The products must be returned by express courier to: Veloplus, Via Lecco, 19 / M1 – 23896 Bevera di Sirtori (LC), no later than 10 working days from receipt of the goods. The reimbursement will be by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the communication.
RETURN OF GOODS
In the event that the customer intends to withdraw from the agreement within the agreed terms, he will return the goods by shipping at his expense. Veloplus recommends sending the goods insured as the return journey is entirely under the responsibility of the customer.
The customer can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
(1) Purchases by credit card are regulated via virtual POS guaranteed by a 128-bit Verisign digital certificate. Therefore, the transactions are encrypted and the data contained is completely protected and, consequently, confidential. Purchases by credit card are regulated via virtual POS guaranteed by a 128-bit Verisign digital certificate. Therefore, the transactions are encrypted and the data contained is completely protected and, consequently, confidential. It is possible to verify the secure transaction through the icon of a closed padlock (or a key) that the browser displays in the window bar.
To obtain the invoice, it is necessary to indicate your VAT number and company name at the time of registration or order and make an express request in the order notes. The invoice will be issued together with the shipment of the goods and sent with it. For sales made beyond national borders, any customs duties, to be paid by the customer, will not be indicated on the invoice. For all customers who do not require an invoice, the accounting documents provided for in the various payment methods will be valid: courier bill for cash on delivery, bank accountant for payment by credit card or bank transfer.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Veloplus remains the owner of the goods until full payment by the Customer whose purchase proposal is in any case considered irrevocable.
In accordance with the provisions of Law Decree 196/2003, Veloplus undertakes not to disclose customer data to other companies or individuals, except for purposes strictly related to the activity carried out such as accounting and transport. The data held by Veloplus will not be used for sending advertising and promotional material unless explicitly authorized.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05), in articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers outside business premises. This legal guarantee covers all production and conformity defects present on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, that is the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
COMPLETE WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS:
You can withdraw without penalty and without giving any justification, within fourteen working days from the date of purchase of the goods, communicating the desire to withdraw by telephone at the number: +39 039 955129, by fax at the number: +39 039 5788047, or via e-mail to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org Always remember to keep the invoice and the waybill of the package sent by Veloplus, because this documentation will be required when returning the goods.
GOODS WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:
Disclose your request by phone, fax, or e-mail. You can choose one of the following options:
TOTAL REFUND OF GOODS:
Credit note to be used for a future order.
If you request a refund (equal to the value of the goods correctly returned) this will be made according to the payment method you have chosen: bank transfer, PostePay recharge, PayPal. The only expenses to be incurred by the customer are those for shipping the product. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
– absence of part of the elements
– obvious damage to the product occurred during use
The right of cash on delivery and the surcharge for delivery by appointment are not refunded.
HOW TO PREPARE THE PACKAGE FOR RETURN:
Return the goods together with the copy of the invoice and the waybill by ordinary parcel to the following address:

In the event that the withdrawal concerns a part of the items ordered, you can follow the above procedure for returning the goods.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS:
You can change the goods you have purchased with confidence, in whole or in part. You can replace the item with a different size or even with a completely different product! The reasons for the replacement of the goods can be different, these are managed in different ways with shipping costs charged. Replacement for the following reasons:
– The item is to be replaced in size;
– The item was purchased incorrectly;
– You want to replace the item with other goods;
– Always remember to keep the invoice and the waybill of the package sent by Veloplus.
– Disclose your request by phone, fax, or e-mail.
– Return the goods to be changed together with the copy of the invoice and the waybill by ordinary parcel to the following address:

In case of defective goods, add the detailed description of the defect found in the package. You can choose to receive the same type of item or one of the following compensation options:
– Full refund of the goods;
– Credit note to be used for a future order.

The only expenses to be incurred by the customer are those for shipping the product. The items requested to be exchanged will be sent without additional shipping costs only if:
– The delivered item does not comply with the order
– The delivered item is defective
The Milan court has exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute that may arise in relation to the purchase of products marketed by Veloplus srl
