The first historical win for Team corratec vomes under the rain of Ciudad Bolivia where the National Champion of Serbia Dusan Rajovic has won the 2nd stage of the Vuelta al Tachira.

The stage, shortened by 18 kms due to the heavy rain conditions, has seen a breakaway of eight riders fighting in front of the race till the final km when the peloton managed to catch them.

After getting close to the win yesterday it was time to celebrate for Dusan Rajovic who kept behind him the Yellow Jersey Johan Colon at the sprint justifying the amazing job made by the whole team who took the responsability to lead the chase in the last 60 kms of the race.

Thanks to this win Dusan Rajovic has become the new Yellow Jersey of the race.

“I am so happy – says today’s winner – because to win at the beginning of the season is something special. We are arrived here willing to do well because we are a new team full of young riders and this result will give us extra motivations for the future. I want to thank all my team mates because they worked hard all day and we can clearly say that it’s time to celebrate.”
